An Update About A Curious Absence of Chickens

When I first saw it, I thought ‘Yes, I like it but there is something not quite right about it’. Four days later it came to me. There were no artichoke recipes in the book. In fact artichokes were mentioned just once in a throw-away line. Fevered activity in my kitchen over the next couple of days and the matter was remedied. The Carciofi Fritti are particularly delicious. And publishers sigh a huge breath of relief.
