From the choice of dishes on the extensive menu to the perfect execution of traditional Puglian Cuisine; we couldn’t fault any aspect of your service or delivery. Pure Genius! A wonderful afternoon and evening of tasty, inventive and warm-hearted delight from Team Sophie and Rona. Prep and cooking of delicious Puglia-themed antipasti followed by a scrumptious pasta bake with meatballs, onion tart, then a dessert of chocolate torte with peaches soaked in fig syrup sent culinary and calorie enjoyment soaring heavenwards. Absolutely every aspect of the meal was brilliantly organised with much mutual bonhomie adding to the enjoyment of a very special and memorable time. What a treat it was to have your wonderful food on our recent holiday to Puglia. Summer 2021

We can’t express in words our pleasure at having an evening with Trulli Delicious. Sophie and her skilled assistant Rhona came to the villa and cooked a sumptuous spread of food. An endless succession of succulent antipasto appeared from the kitchen, with each as equally tasty as the last. This was followed by an excellent pasta and then main course and, with a final flourish, a delicious pudding. They do the preparation, the cooking, the washing up, the lot. Fabulous value for a special and unique night, and one that our whole family will always remember. Recommended unreservedly. Roary P, August 2021

Thank you so much for an absolutely wonderful meal last night. The food was wonderful. We have been coming to Puglia for fifteen years and we like our food and the meal we had last night was at least as good as the best restaurant food we have had in that time and far better than most. And we were able to sit in our garden and enjoy your company too! It was all wonderful, but I was delighted and amazed by the pasticciotto tart, which was so light and delicious. I have spent 25 years disliking pasticciotto and you converted me! It’s quite daring to offer Puglian traditional dishes in Puglia but you really have pulled it off. Best Puglian meal ever! Thank you both for a wonderful evening.  The food was truly delicious and Sophie’s knowledge of local traditions, produce and food customs really added to the experience.  The antipasti were wonderfully fresh and varied showcasing the richness of Puglia’s seasonal produce. We have been dreaming ever since of the burrata with peach salad - a real surprise and wonderful combination. The main course of chicken with olives was full of flavour, and the dessert of a fragrant and crumbly pasticiotto tart a perfect ending to a meal clearly prepared with love and generosity. Inviting Sophie and Rhona to cook a celebratory birthday dinner for us was one of the highlights of our vacation. And even though we had many lovely meals throughout our trip this private dinner hit every mark and was superb. The attention to detail and flavor, the combinations of food and the personal touch, it was all there and more.  We dined hours long in our vacation home where Sophie and Rhona brought out one delicious dish after another. Once they left the kitchen was all cleaned up and the left overs wrapped up for us. The communication about food preferences was easy and they were responsive to our requests. We can highly recommend this special treat for any vacation!
