Let Us Cook For You
Puglia has many excellent restaurants, fine food shops and markets, but there are days and evenings when your trullo or villa is the only place you want to be. Put a great lunch or dinner on the table without the hassle of shopping, chopping, hot stoves and washing up and you’ll be pretty much in heaven.
Award-winning cook and food writer Sophie Grigson is known for her generous and informal cooking style, led by a passion for the best ingredients. She shops locally (such a pleasure here), using free range eggs, freshly caught fish from Puglia’s Adriatic and Ionian seas and small quantities of humanely raised meat.

How to Book
Trulli Delicious offers a choice of 4 different menus that we cook and serve in your own holiday home. If none of these take your fancy, we can create a menu specifically for you and your family or friends.
Here’s what you need to do:
Choose a Menu.
Click ‘Menus’ in the navigation bar, or go to the Menus section to browse all available options, then choose a menu and make your choice of one dish from each section. Everyone must choose the same dish (including children)
Check our Availability.
Click here to look at our Availability Calendar, and pick the date that suits you and us. Make sure to do this at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance*, so we can confirm receipt and answer any questions.
*7 days for the Just for You option
Book.
Once you have selected a date, fill in all the details on the Bookings Page. We will arrive 3-4 hours before your requested meal time, then we cook, cook, cook.
